They are produced via the energy-saving injection-moulding process and made from 100% recyclable material, which means that they offer numerous advantages for sustainable bicycle construction and the circular economy.

The frames are impressive due to their durability, resistance to corrosion as well as excellent stability and stiffness. This guarantees precise steering characteristics and optimum power transmission - perfect for demanding rides, no matter what the surface. The slightly dampening material properties also reduce muscle fatigue caused by shock and vibration and ensure maximum comfort.

The injection-moulding process offers many other advantages: in addition to creative designs and individual customisation options, it allows for series production with a high level of manufacturing accuracy and repeatable tolerances. Delicate or unusual shapes as well as integrated cable guides are easy to implement.
