Smooth-running roller guide for minimal operating effort

With the new drylin C series, igus is presenting a CamRoller track roller guide for the first time - developed for applications in which extremely smooth manual operation is crucial. The roller carriages run with a minimum coefficient of friction on compact 30mm rails with a system height of just 30mm. This makes the series ideal for manual adjustments, e.g. safety doors on machine tools, doors and sliding solutions in yachts and ships, cabin interiors and many other moving constructions.

Display adjustment using drylin C roller guides

Unlike conventional ball bearing systems, drylin C track roller guides ensure quiet, low vibration operation thanks to the use of plastic rollers. They are suitable for robust requirements such as safety gates as well as for high-quality interior fittings, e.g. the adjustment of monitors, displays or screens.

A special feature of the new series: in addition to straight rails, curved profiles are also available, and even the standard roller carriage can be adapted to these radii by adjusting the rollers.
