Test reports for data cables
Data cable CF240.PUR.02.18
Use of the CF240.PUR in practice
Various requirements are placed on machine tools. They must be sufficiently durable, among other things. In addition, the economic efficiency of each individual machine must be ensured. Component service life is decisive here. The new control panels for machine tools are more powerful than before, slimmer, and often freely movable. Since they are used in harsh industrial environments, a robust supply cable is important. A data cable with high-quality shielding is usually required.
Data cable CF298.05.04
Use of the CF298 in practice
Reliability and safety are key aspects when it comes to trains and railways. Railway technology is subject to strict safety requirements and harsh environmental conditions. One example is the safety strips on the doors on trains. There, the very tight installation space is a challenge for the cable, as it is heavily stressed.
Data cable CF211
Use of the CF211 in practice
Crown caps, toothbrushes, computer housings, laundry baskets - all these products are manufactured using the injection moulding process. The injection moulding machines are used when products need to be produced in large numbers of pieces. Injection moulding also has the advantage that the objects can be produced with high precision in a short time. However, these advantages of the process also place high electrical and mechanical demands on the cables used in the machine. Our CF211 data cable has a twisted pair structure and an overall shield for high EMC protection. This ensures secure and precise data transmission.
The machines are in continuous use and must produce quickly so that large quantities can be produced. Added to this is the dry and hot air that prevails in halls with injection moulding machines. The chainflex CF211 data cable has a long service life, especially when it comes to short travels or short cable lengths. Short strokes are no problem. The PVC outer jacket is ideal for dry environments due to its low flammability and good abrasion properties.
Data cable CF11.05.06.02
Use of the CF11 in practice
Highly popular in summer are the ice cream vending machines, where you can easily buy a delicious ice cream on the go. Here, not only reliability is required from the technology, but also a compact design that makes optimum use of the available installation space. The technical equipment, such as cables and energy chains, remains barely visible in the background, while the focus is on a user-friendly and appealing interface.
The CF11 data cable fulfils these requirements perfectly: thanks to its small footprint, it can be easily integrated into applications with limited installation space. At the same time, it ensures reliable data transmission, even under difficult environmental conditions. Its TPE outer jacket allows its use even at freezing temperatures, which are typical in ice machines.
Thanks to these specifications, the technology remains fully functional in the background and thus supports smooth operating processes in sensitive applications. The CF11.05.06.02 has proven its high resistance to movement and load-bearing capacity in tests, making it the ideal solution for compact and durable applications.
