Narrow linear slide Hygienic Design
drylin W-Hygienic Design linear slides offer as little space as possible for bacteria and viruses. Thanks to consistent compliance with the EHEDG production guidelines, the linear carriages can be rinsed without any problems; there are no dead spaces and bevels and radii prevent dirt particles and germs from adhering.

In addition to our new size, we are optimising our modular system. The new drylin W-rail for the Zone 1 spray area is a variant of the stainless steel profiles with bolted support elements.

Zinc die-cast linear slides
Narrow drylin W linear plain bearings can be mounted on the inside of the housing. The design of the linear system saves up to 25 % in width. When mounted on 80 mm wide aluminium construction profiles, the system does not protrude a millimetre to the side.

Linear slide AL
The compact drylin W linear slide is also available in an aluminium version. The linear slide is available in three slide lengths (60/80/100 mm) and is 100 % lubricant-free.

Linear slide anti-reflective
The linear slide has an anti-reflective coating, which ensures improved visibility and less glare. The system provides a flush finish that is almost invisible in automation cells. The discreet look reduces the risk of collisions.

The new WS-06-70 rail width offers designers a high degree of design flexibility, as it is ideally suited to standard aluminium construction profiles with a width of 80 mm. Extremely flat design, discreet appearance, fast connection plus the variety of the drylin W linear construction kit for all desired functions.

The new rail width in size 06-70 is also available with an anti-reflective coating. These are particularly suitable for small installation spaces. We fulfil the customer's wish for greater compatibility with standard 80 mm construction profiles. For simple installation to realise automation tasks.

Convex and concave curved slides
Curved rail profiles are a major challenge in small installation spaces. Less space means tighter bend radii for the rail profiles and even more flexible adaptation of the linear carriages to the curve profiles. Thanks to the new double rails in installation size 06, round and ergonomic adjustments are now also possible for smaller installation spaces.

Half and full circle cam slides
The new cam guides in size 06 are available as a semi-circle. For cornering, you can achieve tight radii of up to 100 mm thanks to the carriage's flexible three-point bearing. Particularly in the case of ergonomic requirements, e.g. Monitors and control elements are guided in a radius to ensure easy and safe accessibility.

Preloaded hybrid roller bearings
Drylin W hybrid roller bearings are very often used for manual adjustments, as they combine the smooth running of polymer rollers with robust plain bearing technology for absorbing lateral forces. All that without a drop of lubrication in the system.

The drylin W-Slim-Line linear housings are available individually for assembly into an individual linear slide, extremely lightweight made of aluminium with internal mounting holes.

The WWH roller carriage combines four WJRM-71 bearings with a robust, corrosion-resistant aluminium plate. Possible areas of application are, for example, seat adjusters or steps that are not loaded when moving but have to bear a heavy load when stationary.

Housing bearings made from die-cast zinc

Save up to 50 % costs by manufacturing the linear housing using the zinc die-casting process. The housing bearing can be replaced on the rail without dismantling. Existing linear slides in size 10 can be retrofitted at any time.

The new drylin® NT-60-DS has been specially developed for applications where high loads, maximum stiffness and maintenance-free operation are required - and all this with a low dead weight. High load-bearing capacity thanks to anodised aluminium profiles, easy, quiet gliding thanks to glides made of iglidur® high-performance polymers. Infinitely extendable - up to 2,000 mm total length, with full, partial and over-extension possible.

Telescopic guide NT-60-DS-AR

The NT telescopic rails in size 60 allow infinitely variable extension in both directions, from 200 mm to 1,000 mm in each direction. They are available as full-extension or partial-extension, and a combination of both variants is also possible. With a compact design of 60 mm wide and 24 mm high, they are extremely versatile.
