Farm loaders
With iglidur G plain bearings, we offer a maintenance-free and lubrication-free solution for the joints on front loaders that is insensitive to dust and dirt. The plain bearings do not require additional lubrication or sealing, which makes it easier to clean the unit. As they are extremely robust, they are ideal for diverse and changing environmental conditions. At the same time, the bearings' vibration-dampening specifications reduce high loads, extending bearing point service life in the farm loaders.
Harvesting machines
At harvest time, combine harvesters, forage harvesters and beet lifters have to work, despite high levels of dirt and dust. That is why our iglidur plain bearings can be found in the chassis, threshing unit and harvesting attachments of combine harvesters.
Most bearings need to be lubricated regularly to function properly. iglidur plain bearings do not require any additional lubricants. They are therefore maintenance-free and represent a cost-effective alternative to metal plain bearings. They are available in various types and in more than 10,000 installation sizes, here in our plain bearing online shop. The iglidur materials have been specifically developed by igus to allow for a variety of applications for our plain bushings in a wide range of industries. For example, for use at high temperatures, in contact with food or chemicals and under high loads.
