Test reports of the measuring system cables
Measuring system cable CF884.001
The CF884 in real life
The PVC measuring system cable is ideal for indoor applications. In the energy chain it works very well in stone-processing facilities, for example. Here, the chain and cable supply power to the tool carriage. Thanks to the very good abrasion behaviour of PVC, the cable is extremely durable, which means that downtimes are avoided. It also keeps out the constant stone dust and is therefore ideal for use in the machine.
Measuring system cable CF113.038.D
The CF113.D in real life
The cable of the CF113.D family is used, e.g., in gantries for the interlinking of machine tools. There, chains are installed in long travels and these sometimes move at extremely high speeds to transport production parts from one machining centre to the next. In most cases, the environment is subjected to an oil film, which makes an oil-resistant jacket necessary to achieve a long service life.
Measuring system cable CF11.002.D
The CF11.D in real life
The measuring system cable of the CF11.D family is available for a wide range of manufacturers, with key specifications always incorporated in its design: it has a robust inner jacket, an abrasion-resistant outer jacket made of TPE and a high-quality shield. All this makes it perfect for the highest dynamics, e.g. in pick & place applications. Removing and packaging goods on a high-speed assembly line is an example of an incredibly fast process that must of course be carried out very reliably as time means money.
