Guide cables safely without the need for a classic energy chain? In the design study "pull-chain system", chain links are only required to organise and guide the cable. The classic transmission of tensile and shear forces to the chain is no longer necessary. Instead, the cable guide elements are suspended on pull cables and guided over a travelling carriage with the aid of a deflection.
