Great demands are placed on the cables used in the cleanroom. Moving components must be particularly abrasion-resistant, as any contamination has a detrimental effect on the product and process. That costs money. To achieve this, air flows are established within the room that remove particles smaller than a hair. The use of products with low abrasion - i.e. few particles - saves the time-consuming and expensive removal of particles.
We develop and test our high-performance polymer products in our own cleanroom laboratory with the utmost care and, in order to certify the best possible suitability in the cleanroom, they are subjected to further tests by the Fraunhofer Institute. This enables an IPA-tested product portfolio with the best possible cleanroom classification (ISO Class 1).
Different types of cables are required in the cleanroom - control cables, motor cables, bus cables, and so on. All must function trouble-free under the cleanroom conditions and comply with the specifications. Examples include:

In order to fulfil various requirements, the CFCLEAN has been designed as a data, BUS, control and motor cable as well as a pneumatic hose and is guaranteed for up to four years.
We will be happy to send you a free sample so that you can see the cleanroom elements for yourself.
Together with the e-skin flat, the CFCLEAN forms a strong team for use in the semiconductor industry, display production and medical technology. In order to design the cable to be lighter and more flexible, the outer jacket has been omitted. The e-skin flat takes over this function. The CFCLEAN may therefore only be used in conjunction with the e-skin flat. The modular design makes it easy to replace individual chambers or stranded structures.

With the E6.1, a new generation enters the cleanroom. The considerably simplified handling, improved accessibility to the interior and reduced weight make installation much easier. Our E6.1 naturally comes with our highly flexible cables, which are ideal for cleanroom applications thanks to their abrasion-resistant outer jacket.

Linear guides
In our dry-operating linear guide product range, we offer four models that are certified for use in ISO Class 6 to 3 cleanrooms.

Slewing ring bearing
The sliding elements of the PRT-04-100 made of iglidur J ensure the lowest particle emissions and thus enable use in cleanroom applications.
A dry cleanroom is a specially controlled environment in which extremely low humidity and a high level of particle-free air prevail. A classic example of a dry cleanroom is battery production.
The so-called IPA certificates from the Fraunhofer Institute are an important standard for the cable used here.
All halogen-free chainflex cable with a TPE outer jacket fulfil the requirements of ISO class 4 and 5 and impress with minimal particle abrasion, efficiency and safety.
