iglidur® PRT slewing ring bearings are ready-to-install slewing rings for lubrication-free, dry operation. The design is not based on re-circulating components, but on maintenance-free sliding elements made of proven, tribologically optimised iglidur® materials in combination with rings made of lightweight anodised aluminium.
The PRT-04's electronic position-monitoring system with locking mechanism uses a sensor on the stainless-steel bolt to electronically retrieve the locking pin status and makes the signal available for further processing. This allows you to ensure whether the bolt is closed or open at all times. Ideal for applications with increased safety requirements.

The sliding elements made from iglidur® J are our best all-rounders. They are characterised by a low coefficient of friction during dry operation. Furthermore, this material has a low moisture absorption and impresses with its good chemical resistance.
