The 7th axis bundle for the igus ReBeL!
Expand the workspace of your ReBeL in no time at all.
With our individual and versatile 7th axis, you can extend the operating radius of your ReBeL to up to 5800mm! (according to technical design)
Whether overhead or horizontal, both are possible thanks to our drylin® toothed belt axis ZLW-20200, which has a long service life and is maintenance-free._x00B_Thanks to our tribologically optimised plastics, no additional lubrication is necessary.
Control system
The new control box makes it possible to control the 7th axis directly via the igus Robot Control as an external axis. _x00B_The direct connection to the CAN bus provides you with a ready-to-connect solution with which you can move the 7th axis within a very short time.
Direct control via the igus Robot Control also enables simultaneous movement of the 7th axis and robot in unlimited positions.

Diagram similar. E-chains of the 2400 series are currently used. The chain length is intended for a centre feed (status 11/2025). The chain can also be extended later if required (add chain links 2400.05.75, please contact us). Note: Please note that the motor on the underside is approx. 2 mm below the shaft end supports of the axis. During assembly, either a clearance must be provided in the installation surface for the motor or corresponding spacer adapters must be provided under the axis.
